Due to the nature of We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. Your satisfaction is key so if your order is not damaged or defective but you are still unhappy with it, please contact right away so that we can find a solution.

If the product is returned to Maple Works Designs or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e., wrong address) you, the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping charges or overages. Please contact as soon as you know you are moving or notice your address is incorrect on your invoice.
